Shocking apparent medical aid, more like medical ****, for anything you claim they decline and say its pre condition and decline your claims, please dont waste your money to ever consider going with these ****mers! take it from people who know, i see my similar issue now only also here on the reviews so this is a old issue with them. their just out to ***** money.. apparently they owe pretoria east hospital millions of rands in outstanding claims! Dear First National Bank, I am absolutely furious and beyond frustrated with the way my credit card account has been handled. For the past [X weeks/months], I have noticed numerous unauthorized transactions being deducted from my account—over 50 separate charges—each with small transaction fees that FNB cannot explain or account for. Despite multiple attempts to get clarity and a resolution, I have been met with zero accountability, no explanations, and no solutions. Every time I contact your customer service, I get the same runaround with no clear answers. This is outright theft! How is it possible that a bank—MY BANK—can levy fees against my account without my authorization or any logical explanation? I demand a full audit of my account, a detailed breakdown of every single charge, and an immediate refund of all unverified deductions. If this issue is not rectified immediately, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter to the Ombudsman for Banking Services and expose this blatant misconduct to the public. To all other FNB clients: CHECK YOUR ACCOUNTS! If this is happening to me, who knows how many others are being targeted? I refuse to stand by while my hard-earned money is ****** through unexplained deductions! I expect a written response within 48 hours, along with a full investigation and reimbur*****t of all unjustified charges. If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution, I will be taking further legal action. This is absolutely unacceptable. Fix this now.
Well i dont really think i have to say much, your reviews here speak for themselves. You blindly rob your clients, dont even have the decency to inform them if things go wrong on their accounts no its much easier to just charge them a gazzillion fees and keep quiet and make everything their fault. Nice to sit back and ***** from people. and just shrug your shoulders as if you did nothing wrong. LUckily new banks are evolving everyday, and i cant wait to sit and watch FNB crash and burn, might not be this year or next year, but your day will come!

Enquired about an advertised vehicle. All of sudden price was much higher than advertised, when i told them its ******* they need to sell it at the advertised price, now the vehicle is sold all of a sudden! Pathetic customer service! I would not recommend you buy from NMI Ford Pinetown
