My car has been at the panel beaters for 5 months

Currently having a frustrating experience with Auto Body Works Panel Beaters. The lack of timely service i have received is unacceptable, especially considering my car has been in their possession for five months without being repaired since the accident on December 3rd, 2023. Continuous extensions of the completion date has been extremely inconvenient and stressful for me. Iv had to incur alot of debt due to making other means of transportation,

Im dissatisfied with the extensive delays in fixing my car and the inconvenience and lack of communication i have faced during this time is unacceptable.
