Please could i ask you to cancel my valet for my Tata on the 29th of May 2022
To the team that did my Valet on my car!!!!!
I am sitting here tonight typing this email to tell you how disappointed i am.
When i arrived at 3:30pm you were not finished with my car, the gentleman asked me to leave my car open for the carpets to finish dry, and put a black bag on the seat for me to drive the car home ( which was very thoughtful - thank you)
I got home and left my doors open till 8pm Saturday evening, Sunday morning at 6:30am,i went and opened my car again, just to get to my car having it steamed up so much that the water from the roof was dripping. Left my car open till 8pm the evening again, thinking ok my car is dry now, Monday morning i got into my car ( that is stinking) noticing that my loose carpet is not there, calling the store for Van to tell me to check the boot for the loose carpet, which i did, to my shocking to find my loose carpet thrown into the boot while being wet, and then to release that the boot smells the worst, then I lifted my boot cover that got wet from the loose carpet, just to find the bottom of my boot with water and the tyre carpet soaking wet too. So here is where i lost my mind.
I would have still be able to handle the fact that the polish wasn't done properly, the window being even more dirty on the inside then how you received it, my car radio display changed (even though i mentioned this to Obriel and was advised that it wouldn't happen again.
I don't know why service has become so bad, since the owner that was there before had high standards. I cannot believe that my car is still wet and that you could have made so many mistakes in on vehicle!!!!!! Feels like this was done in purpose
