What we promise is not what we deliver...

I purchased a vehicle cash from the dealership. The sales person assured me the car would be registered in my name and that I would just need to license the vehicle.

More than a week after making payment do I receive a envelope with the Natus and dealers proxy pack. Documents are filled in wrong and I cannot regiater or license the vehicle. I have tried contacting the sales person but instead he keeps pishing the issue onto the lady who delivered the car.

The service record for the car was also promised to me but I am still waiting.

What these people say and what they do are not the same and causes concern.

Mit Mak Motors or We Buy Cars might have been a beter choice for me in retrospect.
