I purchased a vehicle cash from the dealership. The sales person assured me the car would be registered in my name and that I would just need to license the vehicle. More than a week after making payment do I receive a envelope with the Natus and dealers proxy pack. Documents are filled in wrong and I cannot regiater or license the vehicle. I have tried contacting the sales person but instead he keeps pishing the issue onto the lady who delivered the car. The service record for the car was also promised to me but I am still waiting. What these people say and what they do are not the same and causes concern. Mit Mak Motors or We Buy Cars might have been a beter choice for me in retrospect.
Vodacom fibre, not delivering.... My vodacom fibre line has broken now the third time in since September. In September (SR230906-430500) it was repaired probably the fourth time since the initial installation. It lasted till December when I loaded a new ticket (SR231210-775149). Technicians came telling me that ants eat the fibre and that I need to put poison in the ground pot in the street. The technician tried cleaning the fibre with a solvent aerosol spray and did the splice. I enquired about the IP rating of the box used in which the splices happen, the technician was unable to answer me, clearly didn't have a clue what I was talking about. Three hours later the line broke again. I contacted the technician on the same day and he returned. Everything in the junction box was a mess and he had to re-do the entire box as the aerosol damaged all the fibre cables... Today it rained and I had a look in the street, the underground pot was full of water with the junction box fully submerged in water as the lid of the pit was never closed with a panel keay thus water was free to enter. A few moments later my fibre line was off. Upon inspection I could see exactly where it broke off. The exact same place it breaks every time... I do not believe the "ant" bull**** being fed to me by the technicians. I am a electrician by trade, I have a good understanding of how these things work. Do not assume I know nothing. I also do not believe that my installation is up to standard and maintained as it should be. I have photos to prove my claim... This is getting ****ing annoying now. To the point where I will never in a million years suggest anyone use any Vodacom product. It is a complete **** show to say the least... ****ing useless
So, this is probably my 4th review of Vodacom in a couple of days. Because the only way to get through to these people is to write a review.... My fibre is down since tuesday morning, after a technician came to fix it no more than 2 weeks ago... I have been trying to speak to the relevant people but no luck... The people at vodacom just do not give a damn for their customers. Someone from Vodacom did try to contact me ar 20h20 last night. I could hear the person talk but he couldn't hear me. The call got dropped and there was no call back again... This is a testament to Vodacom's **** customer care and also the sub standard service they provide.
Super bad and annoying service from Vodacom... My fibre line was down a while back. Upon which I had to log a call, SR number was generated and technician came out to my house. This was also a huge issue as Vodacom does not honour appountments and people are always late. My line was restored the following day but my line speed was half of what it was/should be. I phoned Vodacom again, to which I got the same 48hr nonsense reply. Spoke to a number of consultants, none of which could assist me. The matter got escalated and my line speed would be upgraded again pending a quote from Vodacom for my approval. It has been 2 days now and no quote. Phoned Vodacom again, consultant "escalated" my matter again. What a joke.... Furthermore, I have been trying to link my fibre account on my Vodacom app since the first week I got my fibre, it keeps saying that no account can be found for my ID number. This matter has been reported at least 5 times with no response from Vodacom... Vodacom is a joke, they do not care for their customers. I will never recommend Vodacom to anyone. They claim to be the Leading service provider in SA but they do not live up to the nonsense they broadcast. Stay away from Vodacom at all cost...
Not happy. My fibre line is down. Contacted Vodacom and created SR number. Technician arranged to cone to my house at 11h00. Only pitched after 12h00 after I had to call a lot of people. Call center not very helpfull. Fibre got spliced. My interbet is not up yet. Phoned vodacom again. Teied to rectify my problem remotely. No luck, connection gets made but only lasts a few seconds before disconnecting again. Another SR loaded, technician to come out to my house again. Phoned vodacom support again, consukted assured me my connection will be up and running. Nothing. She also assured me she will phone me back at 19h00. Nothing, its now 20h26... This is exactly the service I have come to expect from Vodacom on the last couple of years, and why I cannot wait to move all my business away... Very poor service
Worst experience ever. Applied for a fibre installation on the 13th July. Still no router, no installation, no call, no e-mail. Had to phone more than once to find out what is happening. Only to find out that Vodacom (Which I have two other contracts with) doesn't have my correct number. Bull**** man, you have my e-mail, ID and two alternative numbers. If you "Wanted" to contact me, you could have. Vidacom as a business is not up to par. Not to mention the **** 4g coverage in my area. Your network is uselss.... Im fed up. Sort out your ****
Not good service. Parcel shows same tracking information for more than one day when infact it is already in Johannesburg. So tracking via website and app is useless.... Tracked it using postnet, shows that parcel is handed over to delivery office. No tracking info thereafter. Phoned Aramax Sandton to which the agent rudely told me that the parcel was handed over to a seperate delivery agency. I asked for their details but she advised that she cannot disclose the info and that the agency will phone me. No phonecall... Where is my parcel? It cannot be tracked, and I cannot contact whoever has it. This is BS. Aramaex is sub-standard compared to the likes of Courie Guy
R968 was deducted from my account , without prior arrangement, on the second of March for arrears subscriptions due to failure to submit my income declaration. I phoned a consultant and I was told that the forms were e-mailed to me and that I needed to submit the declaration in order to assure that the correct amount be deducted every month. I was also informed that the money which was deducted would not be returned. I do not use my e-mail often and thus I didn't even know about the mail that was sent to me. As a customer and member of bonitas I would have expected a more professional approach to this problem. I would have expectad a courtesy phonecall or sms stating the intent to deduct money from my account and I see tha route being followed by bonitas to be very unprofessional. Bonitas is regarded as being one of the best medical aids today but it doesn't reflect in the way they treat their customers.
