My car went in to Auto Lab for a minor repair recently, the service was exceptional. The service representative Alicia Wentzel was exceptional in handling a grumpy old man by having all documents ready,, having coffee served, arranging a drive David to take me home and best of all providing me with an accurate delivery date. Alicia also sent me daily updates of the progress of work, sent David to collect me and had the car and paperwork ready for collection. The repair/ replacement looks great. If all service businesses employ customer facing staff who are efficient, friendly and knowledgeable life would be much better.
