I purchased a 2018 Ford Mustang 2.3 EcoBoost from this dealership and took delivery on 14 April 2023. In the first week of driving it there were instances where I felt like the car was not holding the road properly around the corners and there was a vibration on the steering wheel and it felt like the life was being shaken out of me. I informed the dealership on 2 May that I had taken the car for balancing and alignmment and that the problem was the tyres were old (2014 tyres on a 2018 car) and that they were cracked and unevenly worn causing the vibration. I repeatedly requested the tyres be replaced and rims repaired however the dealer principal refuses to acknowledge the request and instead refuses to cancel the deal. I have provided three different reports detailing the issues with the tyres to the dealership. To make matters worse, I elected to exercise my option in respect of the cooling off period and was not only told there is no cooling off period, but also that they will not be cancelling the deal and yet still no replacement tyres. They have taken all the joy out of owning and driving this vehicle and the entire experience with this company merely leaves a sour taste in the mouth. They are dishonest and ************.

I was sold a car with holes in the tyres. The salesman told me that he will care of the vehicle after i take ownership of the vehicle and months later the owner just ignores me. I got a report to show that the tyres are roadworthy even with holes in the tyres. An all white business looking to exploit people of colour. I will be sending my concerns to the EFF. They will loose more thsn i did.

I bought a car from auto nantes paarl in July and I had car 2 weeks and it gave error message saying engine malfunction sent it back to the dealer at my own expense costed me R850 car came back fine few days later same thing all together car was sent away 8 times from Mitchell's plain to Paarl and still not fixed today I'm sitting with a vehicle that's broken and its not even 6 months and salesman started to get frustrated and accused me of racing with the car how do I get my money back or car fixed , i have all emails and chats with Tiaan the salesman who sold me a defective vehicle , I was ripped off and robbed each month that debit order goes off I am disgusted that people can do something like that for a sale and always replacing small things but ford said it was its turbo but salesman who knows nothing about mechanical things tells me it isnt

I found a car I wanted and it was at Auto Nantes. There was some question on the service book. The Hello Peter reviews also made me question working with Auto Nantes. I almost walked away from a stunning vehicle if it was not for Tiaan. If you consider the volume of cars they sell versus the number of complaints the complaints become irrelevant. Tiaan went out of his way to give me peace of mind that the vehicle I'm purchasing is in sound working condition. My advice is to have open communication with the dealer and you will not be disappointed with dealing wth Auto Nantes and Tiaan.

Horrible, I don't honestly know how these guys can sleep at night, but then what more should I expect from used car salesmen right? Wrong, this is the single worst experience I've had buying a vehicle. The car had a few issues the dealership agreed to fix before delivery, written down and signed by both parties on the purchase agreement. They now claim the wording wasn't clear and they did in fact fix the issues...I've now had to spend more of my own hard earned money to fix these issues and have lodged a formal complaint with the ombudsman. Please please please stay well away from this company, there is nothing good about them.

<p>I bought a 4wd land rover from these guys, almost 2 years ago. Only thing is.... a few weeks after purchasing it, I took it for an off-road spin to test it's capabilities. But guess what... No 4wd. It's completely broken. Took it to Land Rover N1 city, and they diagnosed several issues on the vehicle. They said the crankshaft sensor was faulty, the EGR valve was faulty, the shaft between the gear box and intermediate reduction drive was broken (hence no 4wd), as well as other minor issues.</p> <p> </p> <p>After MONTHS of trying to sort these issues out with them.... no luck whatsover. They just ignore me completely, don't reply to emails and don't call back. After phoning Franco directly, he literally tuned me on the phone and said I must go to the ombudsdman if I have a problem - and subsequently hung up the phone in my ear.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am now dealing with the ombudsman, but it's obviously a very slow process. In any case, a word of advice to anyone thinking about purchasing from these guys.... DON'T!!!! It's not worth it. Their vehicles are terrible, and they lie, cheat and steal wherever they can.</p> <p>Also, don't be deceived by Patrick's happy salesman attitude and willingness to help when trying to sell you a vehicle... It only lasts until then, believe me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Don't...... Just don't.</p>
