Pathetic after sale service
I was sold a car with holes in the tyres. The salesman told me that he will care of the vehicle after i take ownership of the vehicle and months later the owner just ignores me. I got a report to show that the tyres are roadworthy even with holes in the tyres. An all white business looking to exploit people of colour. I will be sending my concerns to the EFF. They will loose more thsn i did.

Stuck with damaged dress I paid for
I ordered a dress online from Zando which was delivered a few days later. I received the parcel without opening it immediately. A day later, I opened the package and slip it in for work. Upon arriving at work, my colleague pointed out that the dress had a small hole at the top front section. I called Zando and they arranged a return. Weeks after the return was collected, I am now told that the item returned isn't sellable and they are delivering it back to me!!!

MSC cruise a complete scam
<p>After having my husband sign a 24 month contract he is now forced to pay (otherwise he will be in breach of contract), he was regrettably informed that the actual reason he signed the contract (for teh promotional cruise) is now no longer happening. The cruise was a complete setup to drive sales after the Altech and Glocell merger so someone was able to score a hefty bonus this year while all the stupid customers that signed up for this deal is now *****ed. No one should ever ever do business with this unethical company again. i am going to keep escalating the matter until i am heard at the highest possible level. </p>

Incorrect mismatched tiles supplied
<p>I had my 2 bathrooms renovated and bought my tiles from ctm tokai. Towards the end of the project I needed an extra 3 boxes of tiles and went to Ctm parden island as this was closer to my work. They sold the 3 boxes to me and upon collection, the consultant told me they only had 2 boxes in the storeroom. Just before I went back to the cashier to claim a refund, he came out with a third boxes which he had made-up from loose tiles he found in the store. I dropped these at home and went back to work. When I got home the evening, my tiler told me that there were several tiles that were a different colour and he hadn't initially noticed but once on the wall next to my other tiles it was clearly visible. Now I have odd tiles stuck to my wall after a R30000 planned renovation, it is completely ruined! The tiler made it clear that the mistake was not his and extra work meant extra pay nit to mention having to pay for new tiles again? This is absolutely unacceptable!!</p>

Blacklisted for a R2.00 balance
After I closed my account with this pathetic company over two years ago: I have been preparing to apply for my first bond for over two years, and in preparation I have paid up most of my accounts, saved religiously to move closer to my dream of owning my own house. Finally that day arrived last week, when I went to view a beautiful 3 bedroom home with all the specifications to suit my needs. Just to be declined by the bank with no option of reconsidering as I have been found to be under debt review!!!!! DEBT REVIEW!!!! and this after preparing myself financially for two years. The horror of that moment and the sadness I still feel this very moment. My dreams are gone, and this for a R2.00 that I was blacklisted for, put under debt review (never once in two years was I contacted about this R2.00. Never once was I sent an invoice for this R2.00) I paid the full balance given to me by the Altech creditors control consultant and yet there is a R2.00 listed to my name. Beware of dealings with this pathetic company and their incompetent staff. If anything, avoid any contact with this company. I have every intention of suing Altech for damages for the loss of my dream home
