Stinking Service and Customer Profiling

I went there twice for a quote, the first time I was told the assessor was out and I was asked to come back and when I asked when will he be back, and the lady at the reception was rude, I gave them an extra chance, and came back and the guy who assisted me was also bad and he never sent me the quote, I even called back and up until today a month later no quote has been received as they thought by looking at me, I cannot afford to pay for their service.
