We were very impressed with the work the workshop did with fixing our car. We were very happy with the service. However reception was a bit of a challenge as calls were never returned, we had to keep phoning back to get answers.

There’s a receptionist by the name of Fiona, she doesn’t understand customer care, I had been ringing the bell 3 times and then no one was responding yet when a white male was ringing the bell, the lady stood to go open the door.

Appauling customer service and rude receptionist. Gave unrealistic deadlines and kept moving date of delivery. They also never keep you informed on the progress of your vehicle and become the the irritable when you call to check in. My vehicle has been delayed by 3 full weeks and they have no sense of urgency.

This review relates yo Auto Prism that does panel seating. The workmanship undertaken was of such poor quality that the vehicle will now be respired at great cost to myself. They blame the poor workmanship on the vehicle not being polished. This was not true.They refuse to remedy the situation

I went there twice for a quote, the first time I was told the assessor was out and I was asked to come back and when I asked when will he be back, and the lady at the reception was rude, I gave them an extra chance, and came back and the guy who assisted me was also bad and he never sent me the quote, I even called back and up until today a month later no quote has been received as they thought by looking at me, I cannot afford to pay for their service. When I had an accident with my car I was given a choice of where I wanted to send it to. I was not fami**** with any of them and opted for Autoprism in Woodstock. They had it for 36 days but fortunately I had a hire car as the insurance I pay covers this. I was primarily in contact with Andre and Fiona. I am really glad I did not assume after the initial contact that I was being ignored when I sent emails as enquiries, as Fiona found out that the emails she was sending me was in fact bouncing back to her. In the beginning it was back and forth between the insurance company and them, but in the end the communication from them was not only consistent but as precise as could be as well as professional. The day collected my car, and everything went smoothly, and I was very happy with the work they had done. The car was also clean and smelling good. I was happy to pay the excess required, thanked them and I was on my way. A very happy customer. When I parked my car at work the next day, I noticed scratches which I had not noticed upon collection as it was parked in the sun. I contacted Andre who said he would be in contact with my insurance company as I could not claim for it myself as 15 minutes after the accident it was towed away. It took some time but eventually I was contacted that my insurance would indeed cover it. Andre had contacted them on my behalf. The day I took my car through and readied myself to get to a My Citi bus statiion I was told that I must please wait for their driver as it was not safe to walk over that bridge. I was transported to the bus station of choice, thank you. It took more than two weeks to get my car back and there were delays again, but all the waiting and longing to have my wheels again was well worth the wait. She looks brand new. The dedication of the team at Autoprism is evident in what they received versus what they delivered. Andre arranged for a driver to collect me from my workplace today to drive me through and when he got stuck in traffic, he personally fetched me. Fiona is also an absolute gem. Believe me when I tell you they know what they are doing, and you can trust them. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs panel beating, etc. done to their cars. If they are not on your insurance companies list, ask them to add them. You will not be sorry. I am truly 100% a very happy "customer."
