****** service, went to the Bootlegger's at the point mall and had to wait forever for service while all the other people who came after us who were white had their table cleaned and even received their drinks while we sat there, we had to leave without getting even the cold drink we ordered or even the table cleaned
They offer the best service in their field, and easy to use and efficient
The manager and the staff at the Riverlands Mall's branch were super helpful when we went there, beside the hospitality, when we lost our car keys, the manager took it upon himself to contact the mall security and gave them the car details so that it does not drive out in case someone picks up the key, and when I went down to the car after finding the keys, The manager was there next to the car - making sure it was safe - I am super happy with how he cares for his customers
Ordered at the Maitland branch in Cape Town and waited for my food for more than twenty minutes and no one at the counter to give me my food as it was just lying there and the people working at the kitchen kept on calling for the lady who’s supposed to assist me but she was on lunch and the food was just laying there getting cold and the manager who they called was also not helpful, had to wait for almost 45 minutes before I could get my refund
I have been to this Blouberg KFC twice already, and every time I go through the Drive Thru, they tell me it’s not working, no sign to indicate that, and it’s really frustrating how they practically make you drive through and you’re unable to order, the second time I asked the lady to atleast put a sign or a traffic cone to show people that it’s not working and she just left noted me and was more rude
The service I received from the staff and the manager at the Fores**** Branch in Cape Town was appalling - I will start a campaign to warn other people to try other branches as this one is super bad
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have received from the LA Health Call Centre regarding an ongoing issue with my billing. Despite being billed incorrectly four times, my attempts to resolve this issue have been met with unhelpful and frustrating responses from the call centre representatives. Over the past dayss, I have repeatedly contacted the call centre to address the situation, only to be given vague explanations and no concrete solutions. Each time I call, I am either transferred multiple times without resolution or asked to "wait while the issue is being investigated." This lack of accountability and urgency has caused unnecessary financial stress and wasted time on my part. Moreover, the level of customer service has been far below acceptable standards. Representatives have shown little empathy for my situation and have not provided clear guidance on how or when the issue will be resolved. At this point, I have lost confidence in LA Health’s ability to manage what should be a straightforward billing correction. I urge LA Health to take immediate steps to rectify this matter. As a customer, I expect prompt, professional, and effective service. Please ensure that this billing issue is resolved as soon as possible, and that no further unauthorized deductions are made from my account. I also request clear communication on the steps being taken to prevent this from happening in the future. I sincerely hope that LA Health will improve its customer service and provide a resolution swiftly, as this experience has been incredibly disappointing.
The service at the Observatory McDonald sucks and the manager is scared to reprimand rude staff members
Was attempting to buy data on the App and the app kept on giving me an error message about the internet connection and then when I checked the transactions on the App there’s 7 transactions but I did not get any data, called the bank and the lady said sorry and they won’t reverse the transactions
I was deducted a wrong amount and contacted them, and they have not refunded me from the date of the deduction
