Discovery is the worst when it comes to any kind of claims. I resigned from my employer in October and gave instruction for my provident fund to be paid out Every time I call there's a new excuse. As per that whatsapp they sent, 10 working days is how long I should wait. It's way past that now. When my pension fund was with Momentum it was paid within 2 days of finalizing the paper work.
Very poor at claims processing. You definitely can't do everything online as they say. They insist on buying their own repair parts which delay the whole process instead of giving the client the option to fix their own vehicle. Further never keep you informed on the process and claim handler is never available when calling in. Avoid Dotsure
Appauling customer service and rude receptionist. Gave unrealistic deadlines and kept moving date of delivery. They also never keep you informed on the progress of your vehicle and become the the irritable when you call to check in. My vehicle has been delayed by 3 full weeks and they have no sense of urgency.
