AutoX - Willard’s inverter batteries
Supplied me with two batteries for my inverter - less than a year on and the batteries are totally unusable. My installer has tried to contact them for replacement and they are not responding. Three other clients have the same issue. They are very quick to sell you the batteries but won’t respond when there is a problem. This is a division on Willard’s and it is shameful.

28 Nov 2022, 09:24On 18 October 2022 I contacted my inverter installer regarding my inverter batteries, which were no longer functional and were no longer able to run the inverter.
The batteries were installed on 29 November 2021 and were bought directly from Auto-X (a division of Willard’s batteries) not through a third party.
My installer has attempted to get answers from your company and has spoken to both Mario and Gerrit, we still have no answers.
