Absolutely appalling, cancelled my flight and didn’t notify me, I found out from my friend. Then they had the audacity to charge me a rebooking fee despite them cancelling the flight. They point blank refused to refund me and yet they cancelled the flight.
Terrible online booking system, fob off problems on the airlines and response time is unacceptable. Wouldn’t recommend.
Supplied me with two batteries for my inverter - less than a year on and the batteries are totally unusable. My installer has tried to contact them for replacement and they are not responding. Three other clients have the same issue. They are very quick to sell you the batteries but won’t respond when there is a problem. This is a division on Willard’s and it is shameful.
On 18 January I ordered a bed online from Bed World, they happily took my money and confirmed the order by email. On 21 January, I sent an email requesting delivery date. No response. On Monday 25th January I phone the sales helpline but the number was not available. I went to online chat and requested a delivery date. They said they were waiting for stock and that it was meant to be received last week. They offered a bed that is able to take 10kg less weight and is R200 cheaper (although they claim it is the same price). They said if I want that bed it could be this week or next week or I could upgrade and pay and extra R2000 - really!!!!! If you do not have stock why are you selling the product. Appalling service.
