Excellent Service Delivery
Excellent service from Joyce from the first contact to delivery. We ordered a custom extra length bed, with many back and forth and details. The process was smooth and delivery was ahead of schedule. The quality of the bed is exactly as we wanted and our custom sheets and protectors fit like a glove. 100% recommend

Excellent Service Delivery
Excellent service from Joyce from the first contact to delivery. We ordered a custom extra length bed, with many back and forth and details. The process was smooth and delivery was ahead of schedule. Purchased the Hospitality Foam 120 Queen. Can't say more good things about the experience with Bedworld (Edenvale store). Buying a bed is not just an impulse buy, a decision you will have to be happy with for a least a few years. We did so much researchbwith review and product comparisons. The great prices and superior products lead to the Bedworld site, and the need to actually see and feel the different mattress options we went to the store in Edenvale. Phenomenal service Dennis in store and a seamless process from payment to delivery. And the best part is we have a bed that is beyond comfortable. Thank you Dennis and Joyce, you have a customer for life.

Excellent Service From Joyce
I have received excellent service from them. I was speaking to Joyce, our queen bed struggled to go up the stairs and they assisted us by providing two bases that were cut in half for easy access, just wonderful fast feedback and communication. Truly grateful for their support after making the purchase.

Amazing service from Joyce at Bed World
Dealt with Joyce and had the most brilliant customer experience. We were moving house and she was available to chat to me and ensured that our beds were delivered to our new home on the day we moved in which made everything a little less stressful. She held my hand from start to finish and I am grateful. Not many businesses care this much these days. Thanks so much Joyce 🙏🏽

Amazing service from Joyce at Bed World
Dealt with Joyce and had the most brilliant customer experience. We were moving house and she was available to chat to me and ensured that our beds were delivered to our new home on the day we moved in which made everything a little less stressful. She held my hand from start to finish and I am grateful. Not many businesses care this much these days. Thanks so much Joyce 🙏🏽

Outstanding Service
I had the pleasure of dealing with Joyce Hughes from BedWorld Online when purchasing a bed online. I had the most amazing and competent customer service, not to mention that Joyce went out of her way to make inquiries and provide prompt feedback. the purchase was done on the morning of 20/09/2024 and to my surprise i took delivery that afternoon. Now wouldnt u call that brilliant service?

BEDWORLD EDENVALE IS THE BEST
I was looking to buy a base set, from the time I've entered Bed World in Edenvale the owner was very helpful. I've made an EFT on 30 July and my base set wat delivered on 31 July 2024 with no hassles. Keep up the customer service that you are rendering, you really made my experience the best ever!!!

BEDWORLD EDENVALE IS THE BEST
I was looking to buy a base set, from the time I've entered Bed World in Edenvale the owner was very helpful.
