I purchased the a chest of drawes online on Thursday, received delivery on saturday, The constant communication via email and sms that kept me updated from time of purchase to time of delivery was outstanding and amazing. The highlight of this purchase was the 2 delivery guys who assembled the chest of drawers were nothing but professional and friendly and assembled the drawers with ease and competence. Thank you Decofurn and team for an amazing experience. Keep up the outstanding customer service.
I saw an ad on Facebook market place for a L shape couch, made contact with a lovely, polite and very helpful lady Nicky who advised my on the colors and fabric via watsapp. She took my order, made the couch to my specification, kept me posted throughout the process and to my surprise i took delivery before the stipulated timeframe. I received exactly what i saw in the pictures on FB and watsapp and i am so happy with my set.If anyone is looking for new couches I would highly recommend Chris and Nicky (0714020616) for the beautiful couches and the very professional service. Purchased a bed from Russells in Randburg in Dec 2023, called the store on the 08/05 spoke to the store manager Mpho, sent her screenshots of the bed and no response, followed up today with the store only to find out that the store manager has moved to another store and did not log my complaint. Russells doesnt have a problem taking our money but employ staff who are so *********** that cannot assist customers with complaints/issues.
I saw an ad on FaceBook marketplace for cutting boards so i decided to try the purchase online....I made a purchase online on Mon 14/04 for Teak Cutting Board 40cmx25cm. The purchase was done online and on Tues i got a email notification advising me that my order was collected and i could track my parcel. Today the 16/04 i took delivery at 11.30. hats off to you guys for the seamless online purchase and the outstanding and brilliant service, i am most amazed at the brilliant customer service. Clicks Pharmacy at Ferndale on Republic have such *********** staff. The Pharmacy Manager makes excuses for her incompetence and this the 2nd time i have to fight for my meds to be delivered on time, We pay for a service yet pharmacy feels like its given for free, If ever anyone out there need meds pls use another store or rather use Dischem.
The Pharmacy staff at Clicks on Ferndale on Republic are ***********. i emailed a script to them on 11/03 at 1pm and called an hour after as i ddnt get a response and was advised by Eugene that he will call me back to let me know how soon the meds can be delivered. No call till thursday until i called in again and was given the excuse that their system was down so they ddnt get the email and Eugene forgot to call me. the customer service is so bad these days, retail staff feel they are doing us a favor yet we pay for our meds and delivery as nothing is free,
WW has this special on Everyday pasta where u get 3 packets x500g pasta for R55.00 each being discounted to 18.33 instead of the normal price-22.99. I used the app and my items come from the Cresta store in Randburg, and i chose, Penne, Fusilli and linguine, Fusilli was out of stock and they replaced it with another Penne which is also on special but i was charged 22.99 and not the discounted price of 18.33. Bear in mind both Penne pasta have the same product code yet was charged at different prices which doesnt make sense. The staff are just as stupid as they dont double check the prices when scanning the items. What calibre of people are employed these days by WW when customer service was such a big thing a few years ago?
I purchased a brand new washing machine and fridge online from HiFi Corp, paid cash, the appliances were delivered as scheduled on-13/11. i only opened the packaging on thurs and only to find scratches on both sides of the fridge from top to bottom and the rubber on the washing machine is so dirty it looked like a 2nd hand machine. I immediately contacted HiFi Corp contact centre and emailed them as well and the response from them from a person called Sindy who advised my complaint was sent to the relevant department to assist and the turn around time for the complaint to be responded to with feedback its within 24-hours( nowhere on the email does it state thats is 8 working hours). i was asked for pics which i sent through on the 14/11 at 11:54. no feedback still, i call the contact centre again on Fri to follow up, no joy, speak to an agent Guguletu who promises to call me back on Mon-18/11 at 12pm...i get a call from someone else but due to the poor connection issues she sent me a watsapp asking for pics of the serial numbers of both appliances, which i immediatel sent off, still no response. i call again at 2.pm get through to an agent Mike, explain this again and still no1 can tell me whats happening. So am posting this so that people should know what to expect from HiFi Corp when purchasing brand new appliances and more especially dont pay CASH cos as a CASH customer your money is taken immediately but the service you get after that makes you feel like you or your money is worth anything..HiFi Corp`s service is absolutely dispicable!!!! this will need to be made public on every social media platform available!!!!!!!
I had the pleasure of dealing with Joyce Hughes from BedWorld Online when purchasing a bed online. I had the most amazing and competent customer service, not to mention that Joyce went out of her way to make inquiries and provide prompt feedback. the purchase was done on the morning of 20/09/2024 and to my surprise i took delivery that afternoon. Now wouldnt u call that brilliant service?
i purchased from Russells in Randburg in Dec 2023and received the goods around the 21 Dec, one of which was a chest of draws which the chip board was falling apart. I immediately called the store in Randburg, spoke to the sales lady Georgina and advised her that the chest of drawers need to be collected as i cannot pay for something that wont last even 6 months.(she logged a ticket to the JD Service centre on the 22 Dec. To date i have not received a call from anyone regarding this but they can call u every day to remind you to pay the account. i have emailed everyone i can and still no feedback.
