I have received excellent service from them. I was speaking to Joyce, our queen bed struggled to go up the stairs and they assisted us by providing two bases that were cut in half for easy access, just wonderful fast feedback and communication. Truly grateful for their support after making the purchase.
I had such an appalling experience at Vodacom Greenstone Mall. I went to Greenstone because I woke up to my SIM card not working and the number was given to someone else. I went to the store to query and was med by rude and impatient customer service agents. One was chewing gum the other after I expressed frustration said Vodacom doesn’t need me and she doesn’t have to assist. I want to send a complaint to the branch and get feedback that it’s been followed through.
Back here to give Andre “the foreman” the worse review ever. What a condescending person who feels like he is doing the most when he does Jack, we moved to our apartment in May, we followed him around to fix issues and we’d get no response today YES 9 MONTHS later he comes to our place to inspects and throws in words of “was it like this when you moved” as if we ruined the place and are now trying to get them to fix it. Why didn’t he come after we moved in like he should have then he would have seen what was not in place. No one does their job at this developer No one
<div>If moving wasnt such admin we would have left even before the lease ended. The worst thing you can do is to rent or buy a property from them, their reviews say it all. We moved in last year May. A lady came to inspect any issues we had with the property there were so many. Lights, poor sink drainage, curtain rails we listed each one yet when we reached out to ask how far there was no response. We have a trail of emails sent to **** to come and please assist he only asked for the same**** and should be with him. He never responded It’s becoming so unbearable to live in such an apartment and all we got was if we are renewing our lease no care of all the nonsense that’s fixed. We were renting to hopefully buy here, we would NEVER.</div>
The only seamless process is the sale cause that’s all that Matters to them. Money! We moved to Founders Hill Crescent in May 2021. A lady came to draw a list of all the utility issues She made sure I check everything and there were sooooo many issues 1. Out of the SEVEN globes in the kitchen TWO are working 2. The main bedroom out of the three globes two are working and so is the second bedroom. The sink in the en-suite doesn’t drain, and so forth We have a trail of emails with us seeking for assistance Andre onlh responded to ask for a list even when the email mentioned that Ritha came to inspect and wrote the list. We have been chasing, asking begging! Not to mention the unbearable utility issues they always have, there’s no water every other day and it’s always the municipality. We rented to hopefully buy a property from MT but never! Their reviews say it all
I've never encountered such a high level of incompetence as I did with British Airways. I purchased a flight for my mother and niece from East London to Johannesburg for R1649 and they were confirmed. My mother then discovers ANOTHER transaction in the same account for the same amount, but the funds were not available and the transaction was marked as pending. The account in question belongs to Old Mutual, and the transaction was confirmed to be from British Airways. After no help over the phone We went to the airport to inquire and were greeted by the rudest staff their system was unable to pick up the query, and they referred us to customer service, where we had to wait for nearly an hour and 30 minutes. They only have one phone in use, and while we were waiting, we were informed that they needed to use the same phone to deal with another customer. Imagine? After telling them many times that they couldn't reverse a pending transaction, I was able to reach a supervisor named Bianca Buplooi, who told us we needed to call our bank to reverse the amount. We've now left the airport with no solution and will have to call the bank ourselves, return to them, and wait another two hours for assistance.
