2 deliveries recently scheduled / promised delvery on Sunday both times failed..staff on duty Sundays have no idea what is going on Yesterday after inquiring where my order was rep**** "noting my request to cancel my order " ?? Loyal customer 20 years...not much longer

Dieing to get a vaccination
AT 80yrs going to Clicks Karaglen was a disaster waiting on a cold morning outside and at 9.30am to be told that "I would have to come back as the allocation of customers had been reached" it could not have been more than 40 people they accepted and told around 8 of us at the back of the queue they would not be vaccinated.No provision made to take the last of us just a chair that I could sit on in this very windy mall.No amount of pleading from me to let me get vaccinated made any difference .Horrible experience by horrible management !!

COURIER SPREADING COVID19
No contactless delivery here you must get together with the driver on the hood of his car up and close he hands you a pen which you must sign delivery form then hand it back to him in these times of pandemic its sad to see a big firm like this spreading the desease.

DONT BELIEVE VODACOM !!!
Buying double data on MY VODA app dos'nt work ! 3 times I have purchased double data ie 1 time 5GB (2 X 5 GB is advertised) on purchasing you only get 1 X 5 GB be careful I complained per telephone and was told that the MY VODA app was faulty and they gave me back another 5GB manually.Yesterday at 5am I purchased another double data 10 + 10GB was advertised again I only got 1 X 10GB I then sent an email and the response said that I already had 10GB on my account ?? it should be 20GB so be careful they are not supplying what they advertise !! Their agents are also not very well at understanding the problem
