Selling Defective Equipment - Rentech
We bought 2 portable inverters (PPS 750W) and both failed within the first year and they were not overloaded. The first one failed to give any AC out and the second second one had an overload issue even though only a TV was used for power.
They replaced the first one within a few weeks.
The second one has been with them for more than 2 months and still no feedback has been given and the service at the Menlyn Branch is pathetic and it's almost impossible to get through to Head Office.
It's because there is no financial benefit for them Rentech/Auto-X with after sales service and that's why they don't care about the customer.
Now Rentech is sitting with my Money and my PPS 750W leaving me with nothing.
