I am on my 4th Volvo car and one of the reasons I have stayed with them has been because of the after sales service. Roelof used to be the service manager and was fantastic. I am currently having my windscreen replaced because of a stone that shattered it. It needs to be recalibrated by Volvo - firstly it has taken an hour to get hold of someone to actually answer a phone. I asked why their prices are double what Volvo Silverlakes charge - Hannlie's answer: those are our rates. When telling them that they are ripping me and that she is leaving me no choice but to take my car to another Volvo garage - she said it's my choice. I tell you now, it will be the last Volvo I purchase and I will tell everyone I know to stay away from Auto Baltic Midrand. Pathetic service!!!! a complete disappointment after I have always recommend them.
