Pathetic Service & No response - how do you run a business where you can't phone anyone!!! One of my employees handed her laptop in at WeFix Menlyn a month ago. It's the latest Apple and it's been a month waiting for parts. Which company doesn't keep spares for the latest Apple products??? And all you can do is log into a stupid portal that gives absolutely no information or offer assistance. How do you run a business like this - Seriously!!!!!
Wow!!! Pleasantly surprised at the great service from the minute I called the contact number to the time George the technician left having solved the problem. They came recommended and didn't disappoint. I would definitely recommend them. Well Done!!!
My company looked at options for some of our employees that work from home. One lady bought the device on Tuesday 2nd Nov, was told 24hrs for sim to be activated - Sunday 7th still nothing!!! Ref 10385111. I myself have queried and got supervisor commitment it would be active in 30 mins. That was Friday. This will be the first and last Rain experience for our company employees. Your service is shocking. I will not recommend rain to anyone. Best you up your game quickly or you’ll be out of business really soon. Pathetic!!!

I am on my 4th Volvo car and one of the reasons I have stayed with them has been because of the after sales service. Roelof used to be the service manager and was fantastic. I am currently having my windscreen replaced because of a stone that shattered it. It needs to be recalibrated by Volvo - firstly it has taken an hour to get hold of someone to actually answer a phone. I asked why their prices are double what Volvo Silverlakes charge - Hannlie's answer: those are our rates. When telling them that they are ripping me and that she is leaving me no choice but to take my car to another Volvo garage - she said it's my choice. I tell you now, it will be the last Volvo I purchase and I will tell everyone I know to stay away from Auto Baltic Midrand. Pathetic service!!!! a complete disappointment after I have always recommend them.
Can someone contact me and sort out my replacement phone!!! It is impossible to get through to speak to anyone!!!!! How long does this take??
