As*****t fee for something I already knew.

My partners gate motor stopped working. My partner called Autogate to come out and have a look. She send them pictures of the gate motor with the brandname. The person they send out had never seen the brand and his feedback was "It is dead". Autogate then bills her R350 and quote her for a new motor. I wonder why they did not turn down the job assesment knowing that it was a brand they had never heard of.
