Last Sat,17Aug I went & had a look @ this particular car dealer. Before I knew it, chatted with the salesman & application was made for a particular vehicle. I had no idea how it would play out but Wed I was not successful but they tried & looked for alternative ways to accomodate me. Come Thurs morning I rcvd a call from them saying they have good news & later that day I could collect the vehicle.... (their persistence paid off) I was very s'prised, even the lady on the admin side said she dies'nt hive up easily....

I am disgusted on the service received with the dealership... They literally brush you off once you drive the vehicle out of the dealership... It hasn't even been 24hours of having the vehicle Range Rover Velar which cost an arm and a leg, the 1 headlight stopped working and the dealership wants nothing to do with it... I wanted to speak to the owner and was told that the owner doesn't deal with any clients... What a load of nonsense... I am shocked that the dealership is still operational and I don't understand how they approve the cars through roadworthy...

Autohaus Angels Cape Town I have purchased a golf 8 2023 I hope this message finds you well. I want formally express my dissatisfaction with the ongoing issues I have been experiencing with my vehicle, purchased from your dealership. Despite my attempts to resolve the matter, it seems that the process is being unnecessarily prolonged. I am particularly concerned as the warranty period is nearing its end, and I believe it is crucial for the dealership to take back the car and address these faults promptly. I would appreciate your immediate attention to this matter and a clear plan on how we can resolve this before the warranty expires. Thank you for your understanding, and I look forward to your prompt response. Regards Inam

These people are the worst of the worst. I bought a bakkie from them and the thing gave me problems from day one. I reported it to them so they made me take it to their own workshop for inspection. The main machanic there told me the car is suppose to make those noises when you turn. Its normal. There where many other faults like glove compartment lid latch that was broken and the list goes on, from leaking cannopy and and and. I tried to cancel the deal, but was forced to keep bakkie. With the first service the machanic called me and told me the stearing rack needs to be replaced because its so bad that they cant even get the wheels into alignment spec. The story goes on for months. But if I knew then what I know now I would rather have kept my Renault and never jave dealt with these ******. I drove it like that

I bought a second hand car at autohaus Angel Milnerton in Dec 23. Their service seemed excellent. On 30 Jan 23 we heard a rattling in the car and the aircon started blowing hot, we advised them and they told us to bring it back. 3 engine mountings were loose and the aircon pipe was broken. I wondered how the car had been roadworthied if the engine mountings were loose. We fetched our car they could not deliver to our area, they said it was a grey area. 27 Feb, the car wouldn't start we contacted them and the salesperson tried to figure out what it was but really couldn't we called in a mechanic did a battery test and they found only 1 cell wasn't dry. We contacted them about the replacement of the battery. Hey saidthis would be for pur own cost R1900. As this is wear and tear and we had passed 1 month guarantee period. I took this issues up with the manager who politely told me I didn't buy a new car. At the end of March again a noise in the engine. I let them know and their attitude is that I just need to bring the car in and they will do an assessment and claim from my cover. At this point I'm starting to feel like they just doing patch jobs and selling cars with issues. So I send it to a third party so I can know for sure what's happening , on return a list is provided from the engineers confirming the car had been in an accident which we were never told about, the car though it has a full service history was not serviced some of the time, just the oil had been changed. The pistons are broken off and debris are in the oil pump, the Campbell oil pump belt needs replacing, the thermostat housing gasket is broken causing water leakage, the clutch kit is worn and the clutch release bearing needs replacing. This a total cost of R50k. So I send them an email with the findings. It was clear from the start that they were not going to accept any responsibility nor foot the bill for damage or even admit that they sold a car without being transparent about the issues. The manager just kept re iterating that they told me to bring the car to them and the could keep the cost low for me and claim via my policy and that I've lost my right per the consumer act.

MILNERTON BRANCH / Traded in my i20, and seamlessly financed a Renault sandero step way within a few days before Christmas. Keagan our salesman was quick, efficient and extremely helpful. So far the car is smooth as butter to drive and everything I asked about it is still in good shape. Natascha helped with our paperwork and was also quick and extremely friendly answering all our question and provided us with the best service while ensuring we understood everything. Copies of our agreement were sent via mail and ensured everything we had signed for was clear. I would kd recommend keagan and natascha for the extremely great work they do for Autohaus Angel Milnerton.
