Their service and the way they treat patients is very bad. They don't change the bedding of their patients, my husband was kept for four days and no bedding was changed this is unhygienic and the food is worse than people in prison.
The service is very poor and they not honest about the vehicles they sell.
I am very disappointed in Fly Safair I booked a flight and to Johannesburg. It was my first time booking. I unfortunately did not check the date as I was so excited to get low flights. I then booked departure 04 Oct 2025 and return 11 October 2025. My graduation is 30 September 2025, so I meant to book 29 Sept 2025 and return 01 October 2025. In just 5min I realised my mistake and wanted to correct it, they tell me it will cost me R2200 to change the dates. In just 5min, your policies is really pathetic ripping people off. 5min mistake cost me R1200 cancellation fee and the rest of my money is in a voucher with Fly Safair. Today I booked other flight with the correct dates it cost me an extra R1509. So in total I lost *R2709* or should I say I paid *R2709* extra for flight to Johannesburg. It was an honest mistake/ human error whatever you may call it. I am not happy to loose *R2709*, most of us is battling to stay afloat now I have give away *R2709* to an airline.
We ordered food, starters came in time the main meal came approximately 30min after due to them having a glitch in the ordering system. Then I received my Eisbein and it was undercooked, so sent it back to have it fried some more. Then I had to wait 40min again without the manager coming to explain why it's taking so long. Really not a good experience and will never return to this Spur branch again.
The after service is very bad. After fixing our 85' TV which we bought a year they deliver TV with out the mounting *****s and the spaces . Now the Tv is hanging and it is not secure against the wall. We will hold Hisense responsible should the fall from the wall or anyone get injured.
Very bad service, no one could tell me about my cash paid purchase.
Groote Schuur Clicks the cashier was very unprofessional reading a clicks catalogue while I was inserting my card putting in my and just handed me the slip without looking up at me. Terrible service.
KFC in Observatory the service is bad and slow. They have no interpersonal skills. I waited 15 min in a line but there was one person infron of me. Not a very place.
I would like to give Ismael Mohlala who ******* into giving him a good rating then after her increased my premium and I don't understand why. Don't trick people Mr Mohlala.
