Very disappointing experience.

I was interested in purchasing a Ford Ranger bakkie and contacted the dealership. I was initially told by Moseen that there were nine other clients interested in the vehicle. I asked him to please send me the OTP (Offer to Purchase) as I already had finance in place and was ready to proceed.

However, when my wife later called to request the invoice, Moseen informed her that it is his car and he is not selling it to us because it is his decision.

This was extremely unprofessional and confusing after we had already expressed serious interest in purchasing the vehicle. If the vehicle was not available or already sold, that should have been communicated clearly from the start.

Customer service and transparency are very important when dealing with vehicle purchases, and unfortunately this experience fell far below expectations.
