Mitsubishi Northcliff serviced our Pajero Sport (2nd service) and left the oil cap off. Oil spilled everywhere into the engine. The vehicle spent a total of 3 days at a different dealership getting fixed. Donald was informed of their shoddy workmanship. They had also used after market parts. He never bothered to even find out whether everything was okay afterwards. Rene at Mitsubishi Northcliff was supposed to have ordered a part that needed to be replaced. They were SILENT. Rene developed amnesia and couldn’t recall the incident. All round, it was a disgusting experience.
