Outstanding service: Going above and beyond
Outstanding service received from their Mitsubishi Dealership. I have an issue with the interior of my vehicle which @Mitsubishi SA refused to attend to despite this being a direct result of a repair that they did on my vehicle. Mitsubishi Northcliff, which is part of the Autohaus Gobel stable, stepped in and are assisting with the repairs. Mitsubishi SA are lucky that they have these kinds of dealers that are more brand loyal than the Manufacturer's themselves. Thank you to all involved at Mitsubishi, the DP as well as Dillon Balakisten for your assistance.

Need my spare keys (worst service)
The worst service one will get from this dealership they don't care about you once you signed the deal with them We bought a car in may 2022 was promised that we will get the spare key within a week but up until today we haven't received the spare key When you phone Mahomefd he will take from from corner to corner I was told by him to get a woute for the key do that they can get a new key for me but now when to call him he don't answer my calla, sms and wattsspp But now when was going through some reviews here I see that am not the only one with this issue Can some helps I how this can be solved pls

THIS IS A SCAM!!! Not a dealership
Had the worst experience with this dealership. Car was there for over two months! Failed to diagnose the issue with our car properly, and failed to service the car properly. After over 2 months of having the car and charging us R40K, the car still had the same problem! The foreman was beyond rude, and treated us like he had no time for us. I cannot stress this enough, DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE, THEY WILL FRUSTRATE YOU AND TAKE YOUR MONEY!!! Poor aftersales service as well. Whew! what a regret!

Beware of Mitsubishi Northcliff
Mitsubishi Northcliff serviced our Pajero Sport (2nd service) and left the oil cap off. Oil spilled everywhere into the engine. The vehicle spent a total of 3 days at a different dealership getting fixed. Donald was informed of their shoddy workmanship. They had also used after market parts. He never bothered to even find out whether everything was okay afterwards. Rene at Mitsubishi Northcliff was supposed to have ordered a part that needed to be replaced. They were SILENT. Rene developed amnesia and couldn’t recall the incident. All round, it was a disgusting experience.

We took delivery of our new Mitsubishi Pajero Sport Aspire from Autohaus Gobel Northcliff Mitsubishi team. Pierre and Angela were amazing from a sales and finance perspective. Our experience was great and I highly recommend engaging with this team if you are on the market for a new SUV. Loving our Pajero Sport!
