The worst service one will get from this dealership they don't care about you once you signed the deal with them We bought a car in may 2022 was promised that we will get the spare key within a week but up until today we haven't received the spare key When you phone Mahomefd he will take from from corner to corner I was told by him to get a woute for the key do that they can get a new key for me but now when to call him he don't answer my calla, sms and wattsspp But now when was going through some reviews here I see that am not the only one with this issue Can some helps I how this can be solved pls
AM EXPERIENCING A SERIOUS PROBLEM WITH HIFI CORPORATION THAVHANI MALL THEY DON'T WANT TO ASSIST ME WITHE FRIDGE THAT IS NOE WORKING SINCE NOVEMBER A REPORTED AND NO ONE IS WILLING TO HELP ME I EVEN WROTE TO THEIR HEAD OFFICE BUT STILL CAN GET ASSISTANCE AND THE FRIDGE IS STILL WARRANTY . I SPOKE TO THE SHOP MANAGER BUT STILL NO ASSISTANCE EVEN THEIR REGIONAL MANAGER ALWAYS TELLING LIES I REPORTED THE FRIDGE ON THE 22NOVEMBER 2021 UNTIL TODAY THE ISSUE IS NOT REOLVED
