I made a flight booking online. Somehow the titles Mr and Mrs are incorrect on the booking. I phoned the online support team and requested the correction. I was not able to get out of them whether this matters or not. The response was ‘we will ask the airline’. This was 2 weeks ago, and there has been no response, other than to say they’re ‘waiting for the airline’. However I was told by the consultant that the airline should respond within 72 hours. The wait feels endless. I don’t know what I am going to do. I don’t know whether we can even travel anymore. My children are disappointed at the thought of not being able to go on our long-awaited holiday, for which I have saved for years! I feel so desperate but Flight Centre don’t seem to care!!! I tried contacting customer care but was told they can’t help because the booking was made online. How can a business operate like this?
Mitsubishi Northcliff serviced our Pajero Sport (2nd service) and left the oil cap off. Oil spilled everywhere into the engine. The vehicle spent a total of 3 days at a different dealership getting fixed. Donald was informed of their shoddy workmanship. They had also used after market parts. He never bothered to even find out whether everything was okay afterwards. Rene at Mitsubishi Northcliff was supposed to have ordered a part that needed to be replaced. They were SILENT. Rene developed amnesia and couldn’t recall the incident. All round, it was a disgusting experience.
Terrible experience at First Car Rental Cape Town Airport. On returning the rental car I was accused of having damaged the hub cap, but I had not. I had to produce photos of the car that I had taken on collection before the man receiving the car would believe me. I was horrified by the experience. I told him that it was there when I collected the car, and he refused to believe me. Luckily I had taken my own photos. This is a dishonest company and I NEVER use them again.
I bought 3 x shorts (all 100% rayon). Fitted me perfectly, wore them once, loved them, washed them once in a COLD wash and all 3 pairs shrank to tiny! Thanks Woolworths for the disgusting quality but expensive prices!
Cancelled a booking within 7 days of making it. The policy on booking.com stated full refund and zero cancellation fee if canceled more than 14 days before arrival. This is more than 3 months before arrival but no refund has materialized. Very sceptical about this group. Confirmation number 3377144183 for Hole in the Wall.
Beware of Herman van der Voort (Elements Landscape Design). He made big promises, asked for a whopping 70% deposit, and then went on holiday! The project took months to complete and he never once visited the site to check on anything! He relies on photographs that his workers must send him. Also doesn't stick to his design, and charges you for plants never planted. Planted rubbish, poor quality, juvenile plants and worst part is that he ripped a beautiful, established garden to shreds! ****s and grass started filling the beds faster than the baby plants could even grow. He even uses poor quality soil. Have basically had to redo the entire garden, and when we argued with him he had a 'story' and an excuse for everything!!! He refused to fix anything and eventually we just gave up. Please BEWARE.
Wow - what a bad experience I had with DisChem. First they gave me the wrong amount of medication, told me to tell my doctor to get a life, slammed the phone down on me when I asked them why I don't have enough medication to see me through the prescription, and then got their \Head of Pharmacy"to call me and (basically) tell me I'm lying ...!!!<br> <br> What a shocking organisation.<br> <br> Oh"
