AutoVision Vehicles Pretoria
I bought a car on 25/11/2022 from AutoVision vehicles, 20 Sefako Makgatho Dr, Sinoville, Pretoria. (In Zambezi) The salesman -Reghardt Bezuidenhout 063 688 8881 and manager Barend Stander 060 550 8538 said that the car has a full service plan with Mahindra Hatfield. There is no evidence of this service plan, as there are no documents (book) in car. There are many things wrong with this car. But what bothers me the most is that until now I'm still waiting for my license disc which had to be taken out by them. I have everything in writing, the excuses are different every time. Meanwhile, my license disk of the car has expired, I can't drive the car. And I still don't have the new license disk. But I have to pay for the car every month

Untrustworthy dealer
Bought a car in September 2021 from these guys and would not recommend anyone to them. The car engine seized after a week and they blamed me for not putting oil in the car after it was with their mechanic for a leak. Johan and Ronald who handled my claim were useless in helping. They sent me from post to pillar and gave me a warranty that would not cover anything. A year later I am still with a faulty car that was only useful for a week. All follow up repairs that their mechanic did were just to cover the cooldown period.

EXTREME BAD SERVICE
We tried to purchase a bakkie from them. Barend never returned any phone calls not from us or the bank. We visited their premise in Zambezi Ave, Pretoria to no avail. We tried to phone again but he did not answer. We tried to phone the owner Johan Swanepoel but he did not answer either. These people must be the worst to deal with when trying to purchase a vehicle. In hindsight it is a blessing - I think we would've had endless problems should we have purchased a vehicle. I would not recommend my worst enemy to buy from them. Utterly unprofessional people!!! THEY are the ones giving pre-owned car dealers a bad name.

Very suspicious business model
We are shocked. We're in the car on the way back home from auto Vision. We told them we're coming through to look at a car, we drove over an hour to get there. Upon arrival I was suspicious as there is no showroom and no cars in sight. We got told that my friend must first pass the credit check before they would continue. They don't keep any cars and if you want to see one they take you to the dealer. Very suspicious of this place.

Auto Vision Zambezi
I had a great experience at AUTOVISION Zambezi. Found the exact car I wanted in tip-top shape at a fair price with excellent customer service and attention-to-detail. I highly recommend this dealership.

Biggest liar in the motor industry (Barend & Johan) Owner Phillip Swanepoel-No sense of urgency to client . People this is a worst ever dealer you can buy a car from . I bought H1 on the 24 May 2021 till today am still waiting for a car . They even given ABSA Bank coordinator a headache. Am going to put this dealer on all social media so that people be safe out there . Fraudulent in this dealer is on a high level
