I submitted a second claim since I have had sanlam Gap Cover both declined with a declined reference number but no explanation. There is no description why it was declined. Not even the call centre can tell me why both claims were rejected.

What is it going to take to close my credit card once and for all. I phoned the credit card department twice to close my credit card. Eventually it was closed and over 1000 Rand that was in there was deposited in my cheque account. Now I open the app just to see another credit card has been opened and I owe 57 Rand on it. You had over a thousand in my closed credit card so why not take the 57 Rand from there? Now I must pay another 57 bucks to close it. What got me fuming this morning is that I phoned the credit card department. Went through the whole story only to be transferred to the collections department? They then put me back to the credit card department and I had to tell the whole story again. The agent promised to call me back herself but I got a call from a completely diffent person and go through the story again. What must I do to close the credit card. This is not on. Details to follow. I spoke to Lerato. I get 15, consultation per year as per Lerato for psychology and psigiater. Call Reference 180624q7kz18 18 June 448pm the call was made and confirmation given. . Tomorrow I'm seeing my psychiatrist for the 11th time and according to the above detail you /Fedhealth will pay for the consultation.

I'm being sent from pillar to post for weeks now. I'm registered on your mental health program and I get 15 sessions for 2022 a year with either psychologist or psychiatrist. Last year, to my shock, for my last two visits to a psychiatrist I got by him as Fedhealth didn't pay for it. Upon querying this year I found out that for 2022 I only had 10 sessions and not 15. Your call centre puts me through to Medscheme, they give me an email address etc etc so it goes on. In need to get my 10 sessions for 2022 to be restored to 15 sessions and refunded the amount I had to pay the psychiatrist. I'm really peeved at the amount of calls I have to make and amount of emails I have to send. I also got told my psychiatrist must send a letter saying the amount of sessions I would need. I called her and got told she wouldn't know at the beginning of the year. What about my psychologist then? Must she also guess? Why can't I get a definitive answer out of you?
