Will not recommend and don't pay them anything in advance

Took my vehicle in for a service and a health check to Milnerton branch and asked them to replace windscreen wipers. They quoted and I paid. When I collected my car they advised that they did not have the correct tool to replace Renault windscreen wipers ?? Eleven days later still trying to get a refund and they ignore emails.

In the process of this, they quoted R9k for a replacement windscreen wiper motor which I declined. Not sure if they couldn't be bothered after I declined to spend a further R9k with them but they did not put the right hand windscreen wiper back on properly and it rattled constantly against the windscreen.

They claim they "checked" my car and yet failed to advise that the rattle coming from my engine was the cam chain that was stretched and required replacement. Pretty big oversight.

Would not recommend at all. I will rather stick with Renault Service Centre in future.
