Very happy with my purchases and they didn't take that long, delivery is definitely getting quicker - just one or two items were smaller than I thought they would be but I will buy again. You get what you pay for, if you want high quality look elsewhere.
If it was within the capability of the site to give zero stars I would do so. So on the try before you buy I ported my number into Cell C at the end of Dec 2025. To date (19 Jan 2026) I have been unable to make calls on the network or use mobile data. Despite me spelling it out repeatedly for them that there was an issue with the e sim and they need to reissue a new one they have refused to listen and i have had a never ending run around with the latest message telling me to go into a cell c store to have my phone reset. Nothing wrong with my phone ! Whole thing has been a joke.
Received very quickly. As far as quality goes, you pay for what you get but I cannot fault their whole ordering process. These days they are sometimes quicker than Takealot
I am an existing Vodacom Customer and app**** to add a new phone and line on my account. Everything was approved and I requested to port my number. This was on the 31st of Dec last year. Vodacom did a bureau credit check at this stage. I got to the debicheck mandate stage and apparently due to a technical issue between ABSA and Vodacom I could not approve the debicheck mandate. I called Vodacom myself after the second failed attempt and was told that this is a common issue and this would be resent to me and I could approve at an ATM. After nothing received for 4 days I called back to find out my application had been cancelled ??!!!! I asked them to reinstate my order and Vodacom then carried out another two credit checks on the bureau - now three enquiries from the same company in one week against my name. Now nearly three weeks after original order I phone Vodacom to find out what's happening and there is no explanation other than them saying they would arrange delivery. Consultant advised me this was a new sim and a new number to which I rep**** no this is a number port. She responded by saying no you can only add your number as a secondary e sim or we have to cancel and reapply all over again (yet another bureau enquiry against my name). So after three weeks, and three credit bureau enquiries I have cancelled this contract because there is no point in paying a contract on sim card I have no intention of using. And especially as I cannot insure the phone if I do not have the new sim card in it. I think Vodacom has been taken over by the Department of Home Affairs, that can only explain the marked decline in customer service.
I app**** for a new MTN contract line, which was approved. I authorised the DebiCheck mandate, and I was informed that the device had already been packed for dispatch. Subsequently, the order was cancelled without any communication or explanation from MTN. I have since confirmed that: The DebiCheck was successfully authorised No request for additional verification was made No notification of cancellation was sent At this stage, I am not disputing MTN’s right to decline an application if justified. However, approving an application, obtaining DebiCheck consent, preparing the device for dispatch, and then cancelling without notice is unacceptable and creates a reasonable expectation of performance. After contacting MTN for an explanation I am still waiting.
Very poor service, they will tell you a different story every day. From Day One when you are told yes your application is approved now please approve the debicheck mandate, to day four when they are asking when they can call you anytime over the next week after you try and get some answers. I've seen government departments move quicker.
<div>Please hear me very clearly. DO NOT get involved with DebtBusters. After reaching the end of my DR period, they have gone silent. I've sent fourteen emails to different email addresses including their so called escalation email at the ceos office and CRICKETS ! I have reported their refusal to communicate and breach of several acts of legislation to the NCR and even told them about it. STILL CRICKETS. They decided to just restart my debt review on their own with money that is not owing according to my credit report. In other words, they made it up to get more fees. Thankfully my bank, once reviewing the full NCR complaint, has suspended the debicheck although I have no doubt they will try to debit me anyway despite this also being an NCR violation. a month after ending my debt review my credit record is still not cleared, i am apparently still under debt review with new amounts and DebtBusters refuse to communicate (because they know what they are doing is *******).</div>
Finished my debt review with final payment. Despite six emails from me attempting to determine what is happening Debtbusters are refusing to communicate on next steps and have now restarted my debt review with a random amount I have no idea about. i have had to log a complaint with the National Credit Regulator but this doesnt help me get the debt review off my name.
If it was possible to give zero stars I would - these despicable, disgusting people ******ed my baby - my darling boy, love of my life, my little 6 year old Dachshund by refusing to cover his IVDD surgery. I wouldn’t use these people if they were the only option on the planet. I hope they go under. And I hope the Board rots in ….
I have no problem with SHEIN and order from them regularly. You get what you pay for guys, if you want top quality then you must expect to pay for it but everything I've ordered has been great for the price. I will keep using them. Best place for bargains. My reason for the three star rating is due to the courier company. Buffalo are shockingly bad and you can't talk to an actual person. Amazon's courier company are even worse so it's a South African industry problem that couriers in this company are unreliable and wouldn't be in business in any other country. I will keep buying from SHEIN but I would use them even more if their courier service was reliable.
