Terrible service -no accountability

We had a terrible experience at Avalon Springs due to poor infrastructure. A glass shower door came off and cut my foot open, but there was no emergency doctor on-site. After waiting 45 minutes for an ambulance, we were told it could only take me to a government hospital, where I wouldn’t receive timely treatment. The resort’s main concern seemed to be taking pictures rather than assisting the injured.

Management did not check on us during the wait, and we had to drive 2.5 hours to get proper medical care. It’s deeply concerning to think this could happen to another family, especially children in such a remote area.

Since the incident in 2024, I have filed a claim only for my medical expenses, but Avalon Springs has not responded, shown any care, or taken responsibility. Refer P1344115 Clientele.
