We had a terrible experience at Avalon Springs due to poor infrastructure. A glass shower door came off and cut my foot open, but there was no emergency doctor on-site. After waiting 45 minutes for an ambulance, we were told it could only take me to a government hospital, where I wouldn’t receive timely treatment. The resort’s main concern seemed to be taking pictures rather than assisting the injured. Management did not check on us during the wait, and we had to drive 2.5 hours to get proper medical care. It’s deeply concerning to think this could happen to another family, especially children in such a remote area. Since the incident in 2024, I have filed a claim only for my medical expenses, but Avalon Springs has not responded, shown any care, or taken responsibility. Refer P1344115 Clientele.

The resort’s main concern was taking images, not caring for the injured. Management didn’t check on us at all during that 45 minutes wait. We had to drive 2.5 hours to get proper treatment. I feel terrible thinking this could happen to another family, especially if it could be children. Management only called the next day and hasn't followed up since. We checked out a day early and was told, sorry we won't cover any medical expense. Stitches and 3 week recovery, and my foot isn't back to normal.
Ordered an item, they cancelled with absolutely no communication to me and refunded. Service like this must be highlighted because they lie to say they have stock with great prices but it's not the case. See below my communication and order details. August 2021,i was scheduled to move from Lephalale to Durban. So the moving company had changed their employees and the original person I had spoken to was no longer there. I had such a problem on the day I was supposed to move. It was such heartache, my husband was furious, they pushed in a corner to pay more money. And we didn't give in, we contacted Chantelle. She has been an angel. The way she handled everything. She calmed me down and gave me a quote, I had to be out of the house because we did final inspection. She was quick, they collected and arrived in kzn, before I even reached. I was shocked and we were so happy. Being messed around by the other company is really disappointing especially knowing that people are starting a new chapter in their lives. CHANTELLE WAS A BLESSING. Then my hubby got a job in Cape Town this year March 2022. Immediately I called her, and everything went well. She moved me from Kzn to century city, She did both my moves and will never use any other company. I have told everyone to use her services because you will never ever be disappointed. TNJ are the best. CHANTELLE IS AMAZING.
Vumatel installed the cables at our home and left a huge hole on the road where they feed the cables from. I have tried calling them, with no response. They just leave it so untidily. Now in front of our home, there is a huge hollow. Very bad service and absolutely no after service. Tried to get them
I have taken my car in Wednesday 16th March 2022, i spoke to the lady indicating reason is to check a fault and have a proper service done. I emphasized my family and I are moving to Cape Town. We needed to ensure vehicle was in good order. Friday, 18th, we call late afternoon as no one got back to us and there was nothing done with car. Previous service was done there and all details of warranty service provider and mechanical was on records. I gave a reference and number of someone to speak to for the claim on the day the car was given in. Today is 23rd March, we leave 25th to Cape Town and I don't have my car. I cannot believe how they work. We spoke to the manager on Friday, he promised all would be okay and my husband and I didn't see anything done. I cannot believe how poorly this was handled. The rep called once, in 3 days to send in claim. Im busy with my packing furniture and my car isn't ready, this is Weiss VW service. Absolutely no care and minimum communication/feedback to tell us what's going on,even though you make it clear and emphasize the importance, it seemed like they completely forgot to action my vehicle.

Pick n pay ASAP, terrible service. 1. I have called in 4 time, they say they can only transfer me, when I transfer it gets cut off, my minutes got finished!!cos I called in so many times. 2. I've attached a screen grab of the calls I made and the message that my airtime is finished. 3. I sent 3 emails and no one has responded. No one is coming back to me, despite all my emails. 4. I HAVE ATTACHED ALL THE WHATS APP MESSGES AND NO ONE RESPONDS. look at the time frame, it's a useless app and way of communication. This is frustrating people should not use their service gone 2 days and never get balance of my items on rder 1940857???? only the milk, coke, oats and maize meal was delivered I want feedback. Or refund me completely. Your Online system and app doesn't work.,no one takes calls, no idea if u will send my stuff, had to buy again what I needed. The app is terrible. Netflorist really shocks me, whole idea of your business to provide a service for special occasions. People sending to loved ones. I ordered flowers, chocolates, and cake for my niece for her 16th birthday and they deliver the flowers and choclate and leaves the cake! I called the agent around 14.00pm, told them I arranged with mom for cake. They did nothing I called at 16.00pm, oh sorry we can do anything. I mean seriously, the service consultant I previously called couldn't do something, cant u get on your bicycle and make sure that the recipient gets the cake for that special occasion!! I mean what is the point of Netflorist services, flowers and treats for special occasions right. Seriously!!!!! Go relook how u service your customers.
I wanted to take this opportunity to Thank Elizabeth Arden for assisting with the problem i had. I Purchased a product a found some of the contents removed. Their service was quick and efficient.
