I recently bought Red Door revealed for My mum as a gift from clicks, the sad part is the fragrance has no smell no matter how much she can put on its as though she's spraying water , this is very disappointing, I don't know if it's a **** or something but it's shouldn't be this way , it's a reputable brand from a reputable store we shouldn't be having these problems and I definitely will not be buying any Elizabeth arden products for My family again , neither would I recommend it .

Rosebank mall branch inside Wool Worth-kindly close down this branch, staff there very unfriendly and 0 service delivery clueless on the products-went there in December 2023 looking for serums,as I have a very sensitive skin,i normally want to try out samples first but i was denied that right as the customer, went in couple of times. I ll never buy an expensive product without trying it out as my skin is very sensitive. Samples are free and are not sold to to customers why deny customers free products. Today again I happen to ant ot refill my visible difference products moisturizer and cleanser- i returned at the till could not handle poor customer service by the lady who served as Elizabeth Arden representative I will never go back to that branch, there is scarcity of Elizabeth Arden products in most retails clothing shops lately, I am a very loyal customer since 2012,we want these products back because they work, but probably what is killing its market is the service delivery like the one I received in the branch in Wool-Worths, Rosebank Mall. Please rectify this unacceptable customer service ASAP

Love the Elizabeth Arden linen fragrance. This is a very linear linen scent, there are not many other discernable notes. It is very reminiscent of a lot of citrus body splashes/spritzes (think the old Body Shop citrus body mist), strongly citrus but this is a proper perfume with decent projection and fair longevity. It is a great choice if you are looking for a plainly vanilla perfume. I like it alot. The scent is not overbearing but still present. Smells different than the body spray but that's understandable. The size is also a perfect way to test before bying the bigger one but it will still last you a while. The packaging is also very neat and attractive. This would make a really nice gift as it is well priced, light and not too strong. It is a scent that everyone will enjoy.

I was in a accident with an Elizabeth Arden driver on the 17th of February their driver went and lied about how the accident happened and now I’m getting calls from their insurer telling me I’m liable The driver is Ntaoleng who lied through her teeth about the accident because she was driving a company vehicle even though she admitted on the scene that it was her fault Absolutely shocking!!!

I purchased the Elizabeth Arden ceramide serum In February 2021 and absolutely loved it. All of a sudden there is a stock shortage and there still is. The Elizabrth Arden consultant by the name of Karabo at Truworths Elements Rosebank convinced me to purchase the Vitamin C cermide 60 capsules in the mean time while they wait for stock. WORST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE. Started itching so bad on my face and hands. Then I started breaking out so bad, the ****les were so big and so hard, painful too. The itching and the breakout continued. I went back back the store and consulted with her again. She recommended that I use retinol in conjunction with vitamin C both at different times of the day. She suggested that perhaps the impurities are exiting the skin through the breakouts, which is normal. I continued with the serum but nothing changed. She suggested I go on a complete Elizabeth Arden routine which I did, which included flawless future moisturizer, Vitamin C serum during the day and the 8H SPF 50+ Sunscreen, with the retinol in my night time routine. This exacerbated the situation 10 fold. I am not a person who has breakouts or experiences acne but thats what I look like now. I look like I have acne and bad scaring from the ****les. I AM NOT HAPPY. I stopped the Vitamin C and stayed on the retinol routine only, the breakouts subsided. I decided to go back to my previous skin care products and the breakouts subsided. I am still dealing with the scaring that Elizabeth Arden left me with. What a waste of my money, 2K worth of products. If you want pictures, please contact me.

I hope this letter finds its way to the relevant people and that it is not ignored again or read and deleted permanently. Today marks 6 months and 14 days since the passing of one of the true and dedicated employees of Elizabeth Arden. Mrs Eldah Mtwi Letsoge was working at Menlyn in Pretoria until her untimely death. I remember she went to work not feeling well on Sunday 21 and had to come back home before her shift ended. She later passed on at midnight. My wife has served Elizabeth Arden loyally and sacrificed quite a lot for years. She would go to work when not scheduled just to serve her customers who only wanted her to assist them. She used her own airtime and data to contact customers and inform them of the promotions without being compensated for it. At times she would work work without taking lunches because she understood the importance of reaching her targets and contributing to the growth of the company. There were times when I had to wait for her in the store serving clients who decided to phone and requested that she wait for them. For customers it did not matter whether she had knocked off or was off on that particular day because she provided good customer service. She knew her duties and succeeded in meeting the demands of her customers. This often put a strain on her and on our relationship as she did not have enough time for her family but because she loved her job and was good at doing it she carried on .She would often complain about carrying the highest target amongst her colleagues in the store and it gave her great joy to reach it. No matter what she soldiered on and am sure her record speaks volume. I am Astonished by the deafening silence from your company since her passing and find it difficult to understand this. Maybe its normal with your company to replace and forget people as soon as they leave this world. She has contributed so much to the company and personally I do not think she would have expected this. Even domestic workers get recognised for their efforts. Right now, I feel ashamed to even mention to her two children that their mother once worked for Elizabeth Arden. She went the extra without any recognition for her efforts and even in her death she remains irrelevant to your company. I feel sorry for the other consultants who are unaware of what's coming and wish that they do not get the same silent treatment. It is heart-breaking for me and hope that this does not happen to anyone else. Regards Josias Letsoge (Very Sad Husband-Widow)

Elizabeth Arden has been my number one cosmetic brand. I have been enjoying their fragrances for decades now. So I was extremely excited when I found out that they were introducing new flankers to the Green Tea line, as these perfumes offer real value for money and smell amazing! I also love their White Tea line too. Thank you Elizabeth Arden for offering woman quality products at value prices!
