To get through to an agent at the call centre is a nightmare I've asked to be called back no response I've asked to be attended to on WhatsApp nothing, I have been waiting for an ont box indefinitely when I finally get through after about 45 the agents don't have a clue what is happening everybody tells you a different story
I recently bought Red Door revealed for My mum as a gift from clicks, the sad part is the fragrance has no smell no matter how much she can put on its as though she's spraying water , this is very disappointing, I don't know if it's a **** or something but it's shouldn't be this way , it's a reputable brand from a reputable store we shouldn't be having these problems and I definitely will not be buying any Elizabeth arden products for My family again , neither would I recommend it .
I have been trying for 3 days to get ahold of the nedbank fleet card department. Everytime I call I'm on hold for 30 to 40 minutes. This is ridiculous. My business is currently on hold with my nedbank customers as they cannot swipe their fleet cards.
I booked my Galaxy Z flip 3 on the 14 of September for a screen replacement I was advised by the consultant that the device would be ready withing 7 days, furthermore I advised the consultant that I need the phone before the 2nd of October as I was leaving the country, I was assured that the phone will be ready. I called into the store a couple of times to follow up and I was Advised that device would be ready at the end of the week, I waited it was not ready I continued to have patience waited for the next week called in was told it will definitely be ready at the end on the second week I waited again called in that Thursday pleaded with them I needed that device as I was leaving the country, I waited the entire to get a response about the device they finally call at 5:30 to tell me my device is not ready, the next day I visited the store extremely upset spoke to. The consultant at the front desk asking for updates on my device and he was unable to even tell me after 2 weeks what is going on with my phone but gave me nothing but excuses , I left the store called Samsung headoffice reported my incident had a very helpful gentleman by the name of Vaughn who called in to the store for me spoke to who I assume is the manager and tried to get some answers for me, the manager gave his word that he would call me back in 15 minutes to give me an update I waited the entire day and never received a call. I left the country without my phone I am really disappointed. Please to whoever has a need do not go the this Samsung service center the service is terrible you are better off driving out of town to get help.
