I called them to attend to a Defy Gemini hob. Control switches did not operate properly. The Technician arrived and his first question was "How are you going to pay?" The hob was removed and it was claimed that one switch was replaced. The hob was replaced and the Technician stated "It is 100% When they gave me the invoice with no reference number, it was stated on invoice :Supplied and installed control switches. When hob was used, the problem still existed. The work has a written guarantee of 6 months on work done.When problem was reported to Avilin all sorts of excuses were offered on why they could only attend to problem 4 days later. This service provider is certainly not recommended. They do poor work and is then reluctant to attend to problems
