I called the institution to have unit in my vehicle checked for operation. The agent on the line spoke so unclear that I could not understand what she said. I sent a e-mail to have unit checked. They only came back to me 10 days after the e-mail was sent. They then told me my subs was in arrears. I disputed that. Two conflicting invoices were sent to me. I queried this. Six days later they came back to me with a different story. I subsequently cancelled all dealings with them because I cannot trust a company that can not even control their own finances.
I called them to attend to a Defy Gemini hob. Control switches did not operate properly. The Technician arrived and his first question was "How are you going to pay?" The hob was removed and it was claimed that one switch was replaced. The hob was replaced and the Technician stated "It is 100% When they gave me the invoice with no reference number, it was stated on invoice :Supplied and installed control switches. When hob was used, the problem still existed. The work has a written guarantee of 6 months on work done.When problem was reported to Avilin all sorts of excuses were offered on why they could only attend to problem 4 days later. This service provider is certainly not recommended. They do poor work and is then reluctant to attend to problems
I received excellent advice and service from Hannes and his crews. This is one of the few service providers I have dealt with that stated they would be on site at 08h00 on 24th May 2021 and they were on site ready to start the work at 07h59. The work was completed on promised time and the site was left clean This company is highly recommended.

Once again Talladega gave me exceptional service. My vehicle went in with an oil leak. Craig Harley, the service advisor booked in the vehicle for repair but he stated that he would keep me informed on progress. as in the past, that happened. He phoned me and told me the problem was solved and I collected my vehicle at 14h00 with vehicle absolutely clean and problem sorted out. Thanks Talladega for exceptional service. Your facility is highly recommended.
A Private Banker has been allocated by FNB to look after my portfolio with FNB. I requested in writing to FNB Private banking department to have Tax Certificates for the 2019/20 tax year sent to me by e-mail. My allocated Private Banker referred my request to a subordinate who came back to me with a list of information I had to provide before the Certificates could be issued. These included a request for account pin numbers, which FNB has repeatedly stated in writing they would never request. By implication this now means that FNB is delaying my submission of my Tax Return to SARS. This is the worst service I have yet experienced from FNB over a business relation of more than 35 years.
After several attempts by another service provider, I took my Dell Latitude lap top to Titan-Ice computers to have operating issues resolved. They provided exceptional advice and service and sorted out all my problems. Thanks to Donovan for your assistance. This institution can be highly recommended.
PC Bug in Pretoria East loaded Windows 10 on my note book. This was an illegal download and Windows 10 did not work. I had to take the note book to another institution to have the problems sorted. Eventually I had to buy a new Windows 10 program. PC BUG is not recommended for any IT related issues
