Support service of this online store is non-existent. I logged a query on the 16th of January, 10+ days later the only response I get is that their team is looking at it. I am trying to purchase a product on their site when there's clearly an issue. I contacted my bank, as instructed by them, who confirmed my cards are in order and working fine. They are yet to respond on the last two emails I sent. tried contacting them on the number online - greeted by a robot directing me to the app.
At this stage this company is preventing me from spending my rewards points - they simply don't seem to care.
