Support service of this online store is non-existent. I logged a query on the 16th of January, 10+ days later the only response I get is that their team is looking at it. I am trying to purchase a product on their site when there's clearly an issue. I contacted my bank, as instructed by them, who confirmed my cards are in order and working fine. They are yet to respond on the last two emails I sent. tried contacting them on the number online - greeted by a robot directing me to the app. At this stage this company is preventing me from spending my rewards points - they simply don't seem to care. In a world where the online experience is what sets you apart from the competition, Avo does not make the cut.
Pathetic service. Order items from them online. Upon receipt one of the items (electronic) was opened, chucked in a box and all dusty (clearly used). Upon logging the credit I had waited days before it reached a point where I wanted the payment reversed. Instead I was provided a voucher. This is not okay. Decided to phone them today and spent in excess of 160 minutes on-hold over 3 phone calls - still waiting.
Purchased goods via their Whatsapp channel as the deal was only applicable there. Way past delivery date - still no goods received. Emailed nunerous times with no response. Not impressed.
Great when you sign up, but as soon as problems start coming up their support team is non-existent. I've had serious performance problems, intermittently, the past 3 months. This week however it is really bad. Logged a call by phoning, immediately did what the support agent requested and didn't hear anything from them since. Been following up daily, multiple times, with additional support logs - radio silence. When you pay for 100Mbps fibre and barely receive 26Mbps theres issues. Jitter, high intermittent latency between Cloudflare and 8.8.8.8, packet loss to even local IPs is really not pleasant.
I've been trying to change my billing e-mail address for close to 12 months now. I've tried contacting them via e-mail, online forms, I even phoned once and with which I thought I'd struck success, the consultant advised me that their records are updated - wrong. I'm really not requesting a big deal, something simple. No wonder that these mobile services resellsers are having a difficult time - their support is absolutely pathetic. I'll surely attempt to move my business elsewhere.
