cancelation problems

I had their service for a year and everything went well untill i had to cancel. On cancelation i contacted the accounts just to say i am no longer using the services. I was on a month to month plan but they still said i had to pay for the month i wont be using it. I then rep**** it was never communicated that i have to give a month notice. They said its in the terms and conditions on the website. I went on the website and didn't find any terms and conditions.

Im so disappointed in this company because i did enjoy ther service, but they causing me alot of financial difficulties now.
