I had their service for a year and everything went well untill i had to cancel. On cancelation i contacted the accounts just to say i am no longer using the services. I was on a month to month plan but they still said i had to pay for the month i wont be using it. I then rep**** it was never communicated that i have to give a month notice. They said its in the terms and conditions on the website. I went on the website and didn't find any terms and conditions. Im so disappointed in this company because i did enjoy ther service, but they causing me alot of financial difficulties now.
Telkom suspended my internet without a warning and they overcharging me. My bill is normally 600 rand a month but lately its been 800 plus. Therfore my account went in arrears. They disconnected me. I paid the amount because i didn't want to sit without internet while in lockdown. Its been a week ago and they still haven't activated my account. I called several times and they keep telling me the re connect department must connect me. I am so sick and tired of their service. Someone needs to do something about them. They pathetic.
I been waiting longer then a month now for my new adsl installation. This is the 3rd time telkom is doing this to me. Last time i waited 3 months. I have 2 reference numbers but no sms to say they will come install. And when i call it takes whole day just to get hold of them.
It's been a full month now that I'm sitting without Internet I logged a fault and it took them 2 weeks to get it fix, but they went to the wrong address and I changed my address several times yet they don't update it on their system. I had to call in again and log another fault and change my address again and it took them another two weeks. I still have no internet I'm using my phone data which is unfair because my reason for getting uncapped was because to spend less money on data. Yet they still deducted their monthly payment. But I had no internet for the whole month. I want to be reinbursed! This is so unfair!
<p>In Febuary 2016 my partner & i were pursaded to upgrade our membership. For only about R100.00 extra a month we will have more options & be able travel abroad. We took it up as a saving towards our holiday. We understood that we will be saving & be benifical to us. </p> <p>We paid leives,admin fees ect. In May 2016 we were called & notified that we are needing to pay annual fees. We were unaware of such payments. As we enquired further we have come to an realisation that we have to pay this club asif we have taken up a loan. We are owing the club instead of saving as we intened.</p> <p>We are totally shocked as this is not what was explained to us. We have been mislead & flexi club does not care .We have requested cancellation a number of times & explained our situation. We have not even used any of the points, their service or facilities, yet we are expected to settle the account & pay for absolutley nothing. We feel we have been trapped into something that was not explained properly . We feel we are being treated unfairly & flexi club does not even consider any negotiation in order for us to come to some kind of fair agreement.</p>
