Ultimate cars prospection Pathetic treatment and customer service ...poor service delivery

Pathetic service.... never answer calls even tho insurance job. Place full of mockery . Drive all the way to prospection only to be lied to that my car is still in stripping for 3 weeks now. When I go there they store your cars in other facilities.

Now with the recent floods it's sad that you never answer your calls yet we are worried about our vehicle . I will not accept any waterlogged vehicle back from your business . Will also be getting inspectors to investigate for flooding of my vehicle .

Most pathetic service and no promise to time keeping. What a waste
