Very disappointing experience. Total lack of communication and the staff just don't seem to care about the delays. My dishwasher broke 19 Dec, they said R400 call out, which I was happy to pay. Sadly my technician was a driver that unplugged my machine and took it way. This is not a call out fee, this is a collection fee, so be sure to confirm before you agree. From then, I called twice a week, asking for a quote and when they could fix it. Not even an attempt at an excuse, just that they are waiting for the part. Eventually 31st Jan, I was given a quote and that the machine would be delivered on Sat 1st Feb. Needless to say, they were a no show. When I called on Monday, no reason, no apology. When they delivered, they'd squashed the outlet pipe and when I ran it, my kitchen was flooded. I spoke to Louis the owner, I told him that he needs to jack up his staff and their attitude. He offered to fix the outlet pipe, but I was so done with dealing with them, I declined. A month and a half of pure frustration. I cannot believe Midea chose this business as their agents.
