I have pet insurance and recently lost my girl to kidney failure. NELISIWE SHEZI was assigned to process my claim. Not only did she assist quickly and efficiently, but she was really compassionate and sympathetic to my loss. I really felt that and I appreciated her kind words. Definitely the best pet insurance

Very disappointing experience. Total lack of communication and the staff just don't seem to care about the delays. My dishwasher broke 19 Dec, they said R400 call out, which I was happy to pay. Sadly my technician was a driver that unplugged my machine and took it way. This is not a call out fee, this is a collection fee, so be sure to confirm before you agree. From then, I called twice a week, asking for a quote and when they could fix it. Not even an attempt at an excuse, just that they are waiting for the part. Eventually 31st Jan, I was given a quote and that the machine would be delivered on Sat 1st Feb. Needless to say, they were a no show. When I called on Monday, no reason, no apology. When they delivered, they'd squashed the outlet pipe and when I ran it, my kitchen was flooded. I spoke to Louis the owner, I told him that he needs to jack up his staff and their attitude. He offered to fix the outlet pipe, but I was so done with dealing with them, I declined. A month and a half of pure frustration. I cannot believe Midea chose this business as their agents.
Is it just me, or has takealot taken a dive recently? They used to be my #1 go to store, but they have now disappointed me 5 times in a month. I ordered a mouse, it was cancelled once (while still in stock), 2nd time when I received delivery I received a beret and today I get 10 sheets of quality gift wrap tissue with the mouse barcode sticker. What a joke! 2 other Xmas presents I have ordered were later cancelled, but are still showing in stock. I hope they get their act together soon, I am not a happy customer
Just WOW!!!! I've been battling with another supplier for over a month to deliver 2 Xpanda doors. On Monday 27th, I contacted Andrew from Live Copper, and I have just received delivery of my order in Port Elizabeth - 2 days. Excellent, honest no BS service. Highly recommend them if you are looking for professional supplier.
Guys, when you send your email complaints to them, copy the manufacturer of the ordered product. I lost my **** with them and eventually copied Xpanda as well, with the history of all my correspondence. I told them they've lost a sale due to Game's complete inability to process my order. They replied saying they'll take it up with Game's buyer. If more people complain and let the manufacturers know they are losing money, maybe Game will catch a wake up. Can't hurt.
I see that I am not the only one battling to get a decent answer from your “tracking” department. I placed the order on the 21st June, O/N 1230025258. On the 24th I received a mail to say it is on it’s way. I have phoned and emailed numerous times after this, only to be told “I’m still within my delivery window”. Which keeps changing, by the way. Well, your window has now passed. Last I heard it was being dispatched from East London, but no one can tell me if it’s actually been picked and dispatched as yet? I’m in logistics, I find it unbelievable that you can take 15 days and counting, to deliver a product. So where is Game going wrong? Do you have a track and trace, or do the people at the call centre not know how to use it? I’ve been told by 2 people that they’ll call me back, but I have yet to hear from anyone. Why send me a mail saying my order is on route, when it isn’t? I have cancelled my contractor twice now, can someone PLEASE tell me when I can expect my delivery. I will not be shopping on line with Game again, I am very disappointed. Please up your ‘Game’.
On the 21st Nov, I ordered a Xmas tree, a book and a snow globe. Shipping 4-10 days, all good, I'll get the prezzies for Xmas... or so I thought. I emailed on them 6/12, followed up with a phone call (also mentioned that their "4-10 days" had been replaced with 4-26 days shipping - which the call centre assured me was a glitch as it would never take that long). On the 8th, they replied saying they are waiting for feedback from their suppliers. I sent another mail on the 10th, on the 11th - same generic reply to all response of "we're waiting for feedback". Sent another email on the 13th, wasn't too surprised at the copy/paste reply. Sent another email on the 19th, where they actually responded and said they should ship on the 20th. Guess what... it was delivered on the TWENTY SEVENTH!!! I suppose I must be grateful it's early for 2019!! Needless to say, the picture and the actual tree are universes apart, but I'm not surprised. What poor service, lack of caring, and not even bothering to give me an honest answer. I will rather shop at Raru and Take-a-Lot from now on, you guys suck!
Don't waste your time looking anywhere else! Friendly, efficient, priced right, on time collection and delivery - they really know what they are doing. They moved me from JHB to PE, the only breakage was a pot plant. I will gladly recommend them to anyone.
I ordered E-books for my son's school books. I was having an issue with the app and I called Stephan to assist. They delivered 2 brand new hardcover books to my office the very next day - just like that! I am so impressed, you don't get service like this anymore.<br> THANK YOU!
