I've given them 5 stars for saying the customer is most important. I reported dissisfaction with a product and the manager Vincent from B Nagiahs in Randburg, Johannesburg, called me to apologize and offered to reimburse me in full as well as replace the product. His apology was like a breath of fresh air. Businesses don't do this enough. Especially following my recent abhorrent superbalist interaction where I was mare to feel a nuisance and just brushed aside, this apology and offer to make amends by Vincent from B Nagiahs was a welcome and pleasant surprise. Thanks Vincent for showing me that one little customer is important to your business. It's for this reason that I will return to spend my money with you. Thank you!
