Dismal Nagiahs
I’m struggling to understand why my previous comments have received no response. It feels as though customers from the Montford area—who have supported your business for many years—are not being valued. The situation at the Montford branch is very disappointing. I visited today, and the shelves were almost completely empty. I want to make it clear that I don’t blame the staff; they have always been helpful. The issue seems to be with the management and supply to this branch. Chatsworth residents bring a lot of business to your store, yet it seems like this branch is being neglected. This problem has been ongoing since October last year, so please don’t respond with another “sorry for the inconvenience.” We need a valid explanation and, more importantly, a solution. If this continues, you will lose loyal customers. I hope to receive a meaningful and honest reply soon.

Rotten Food
Out of the 30th/40th time I've purchased sausages and fish from Bnagiahs in Randburg 90% of the time the sausages was spoilt . I stopped purchasing here for about a year due to the manager once disagreeing that one of his vegetables are "daily delivered" when the inside was totally rotten only costed R10 but he lost me until giving them another chance last week when I purchased fish and mutton sausages. Fish was fried on day of purchase sadly no1 could eat it due to the expired smell . So I decided again I will let it pass. Today I've fried the sausages and I had to ventilate my entire house due to the rotten bin smell that was coming out the sausages. I've decided never to purchase anything from this place again with the cost of living these guys are running a great business to the ground and it is very disappointing . If you know something doesn't sell take your loss do not rob anyone thats what business is .

Spoilt meat

"DISGUSTED BY APPALLINGLY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF"
I had a highly disappointing experience at this store yesterday. When I arrived, I found three female staff members engaged in a lengthy gossip session at the entrance. I asked twice for assistance in locating products, and one of the staff members eventually snapped at me in front of my children, saying, "When you see people talking you don't just interrupt them to ask for what you want. You have done it twice. That is not respect." I reported the incident to the manager, who simply confirmed the story with the staff member and told her, "I do not want to see this again." He did not ask her to apologize and then walked away. I was appalled by the lack of professionalism and customer service. In this challenging economy, it's disheartening to see customers treated with such disrespect. Nagiah's train your staff on basic customer service. Employees who prioritize personal conversations during work hours are wasting both yours and our time and money. If this toxic behavior continues, it’s only a matter of time before your once thriving family business loses customers and shuts down. I will not be shopping there again!

B Nagiahs upholding coustomers integrity and proving that we are crucial to a businesses successcrucial value
I've given them 5 stars for saying the customer is most important. I reported dissisfaction with a product and the manager Vincent from B Nagiahs in Randburg, Johannesburg, called me to apologize and offered to reimburse me in full as well as replace the product. His apology was like a breath of fresh air. Businesses don't do this enough. Especially following my recent abhorrent superbalist interaction where I was mare to feel a nuisance and just brushed aside, this apology and offer to make amends by Vincent from B Nagiahs was a welcome and pleasant surprise. Thanks Vincent for showing me that one little customer is important to your business. It's for this reason that I will return to spend my money with you. Thank you!

Mutton mince - not actually mutton . What the hell is it ?
I recently purchased "mutton mince" from Nagiahs in Midrand, and what a disappointment, especially at R180/kg. This was most definitely NOT mutton mince. There was not a trace of fat in this, as there would be in mutton mince. I'm almost certain it was turkey meat minced up. Please do not take advantage of your customers in this manner B NAGIAH . Impressive all round Deli. Had lots of fresh Indian vegetables.
Authentic Indian store that provides various imported goods, but also has a wide selwction of produce including meat, fish, poultry and various vegetables. This is the place to come to if you consider cooking Indian cuisine.

Most disappointing!!!!!
The most disappointing experience. Being a trusted Durbanite butchery...the same was expected. However my husband got food poisoning from the durban style wors. Will never support the entity again. Cannot be trusted!!
