I had a highly disappointing experience at this store yesterday. When I arrived, I found three female staff members engaged in a lengthy gossip session at the entrance. I asked twice for assistance in locating products, and one of the staff members eventually snapped at me in front of my children, saying, "When you see people talking you don't just interrupt them to ask for what you want. You have done it twice. That is not respect."
I reported the incident to the manager, who simply confirmed the story with the staff member and told her, "I do not want to see this again." He did not ask her to apologize and then walked away. I was appalled by the lack of professionalism and customer service.
In this challenging economy, it's disheartening to see customers treated with such disrespect. Nagiah's train your staff on basic customer service. Employees who prioritize personal conversations during work hours are wasting both yours and our time and money. If this toxic behavior continues, it’s only a matter of time before your once thriving family business loses customers and shuts down. I will not be shopping there again!
