I had a highly disappointing experience at this store yesterday. When I arrived, I found three female staff members engaged in a lengthy gossip session at the entrance. I asked twice for assistance in locating products, and one of the staff members eventually snapped at me in front of my children, saying, "When you see people talking you don't just interrupt them to ask for what you want. You have done it twice. That is not respect." I reported the incident to the manager, who simply confirmed the story with the staff member and told her, "I do not want to see this again." He did not ask her to apologize and then walked away. I was appalled by the lack of professionalism and customer service. In this challenging economy, it's disheartening to see customers treated with such disrespect. Nagiah's train your staff on basic customer service. Employees who prioritize personal conversations during work hours are wasting both yours and our time and money. If this toxic behavior continues, it’s only a matter of time before your once thriving family business loses customers and shuts down. I will not be shopping there again!
Had we known this is what this company does we would have never gone to them!

Our premium was late for the normal debit order this month. It was re-scheduled for a late debit on the 20th Feb night which did not go through because we did not do the transfer in time to the account to be debited. Involved in a fender bender on Sunday 21 Feb, not knowing the debit order failed the previous day. We call on Monday to claim and after being told the payment was not deducted offered to pay the premium by EFT. We were assured by Ronel that this was not necessary as a double debit would be effected on 5th March. We have been taken round in circles and eventually someone phones my husband to say they claim will not be honoured!!!

We have two policies with this company but we are leaving this company IMMEDIATELY! I would not recommend anyone to them ever again!
